Subscriber Terms of Use

These terms apply to you if you are purchasing access, subscriptions, or services through a checkout page, bot, or interface powered by BotSubscription.

Who Is Who

Bot Owner / Merchant: The person or business selling you access, subscriptions, or services. They set their prices, define what you're buying, and are responsible for delivering what they promised.
BotSubscription: We provide the software infrastructure that powers the checkout and subscription management. We are not the seller.
You (the Subscriber): The person making a purchase.

When you make a purchase, your contract is solely with the Bot Owner/Merchant. BotSubscription is not a party to that transaction. We do not sell you anything — we just provide the technology that enables the merchant to accept payments.

2. We Cannot Issue Refunds

Because we are not the seller and do not hold your funds, we cannot issue refunds. All refund requests must go directly to the Bot Owner/Merchant. Their refund policy (which should be displayed on their checkout page) governs your transaction.

If you paid via credit card and believe the charge was fraudulent or the merchant failed to deliver, you may also have recourse through your payment provider (e.g., chargeback rights).

3. Payment Processing

Your payment is processed by the merchant's chosen payment processor (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or a cryptocurrency provider). Your payment details are handled by that processor in accordance with their privacy policy and terms. BotSubscription does not see or store your full payment card details.

4. Reporting Fraud or Scams

If you believe a Bot Owner is engaging in fraud, scams, or illegal activity, you may report it to [email protected]. We may investigate at our discretion, but:

We are not obligated to intervene in disputes between you and the merchant
We do not disclose the status, findings, or outcome of internal investigations
For payment disputes, contact your payment provider directly

5. Your Conduct

You agree not to:

Attempt to exploit, scrape, or abuse BotSubscription infrastructure
Use stolen payment methods or engage in fraudulent transactions
Harass merchants or abuse dispute/chargeback processes

We reserve the right to block your IP address or flag your payment method if we detect malicious activity.

6. Privacy

We process limited data about your transactions as described in our Privacy Policy. Your payment data is primarily handled by the merchant's payment processor.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BotSubscription is not liable for:

The quality, legality, or delivery of goods/services sold by merchants
Disputes between you and merchants
Merchant fraud, failure to deliver, or policy violations
Actions taken by payment processors

This does not limit any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under applicable law.

8. Governing Law

These Subscriber Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. For disputes specifically about BotSubscription's services (not disputes with merchants), the courts of Bulgaria have jurisdiction.
