Supported Currencies for Your Telegram & Discord Subscription Bot
Your subscription bot can charge members in their local currency on both Telegram and Discord. Which currencies you can use depends on the payment provider you connect, because each provider supports a different set.
Choose a provider on the payment providers page, then set your price when you create a subscription plan. Card providers like Stripe charge directly in the currencies ticked for them in the matrix below.
Providers that work with any currency
Binance Pay, NOWPayments, and Telegram Stars accept any currency, so they are not shown as columns in the matrix. You price your plan in any supported currency and the provider converts it at checkout — to cryptocurrency for Binance Pay and NOWPayments, or to Stars (code XTR) for Telegram Stars. A few currencies (for example the Burundian Franc) have no direct provider and are available only through these three. Telegram Stars works only on a Telegram subscription bot.
Payment providers by currency
Use the Providers dropdown to pick which columns to show, or filter the list by currency code or name. The Code and Currency columns stay pinned while you scroll sideways. Each currency also has a minimum and maximum charge amount that tracks live exchange rates, so the exact limits shift over time.
